Welcome to The NeuroTribe 20’s Launchpad, a coaching community built for neurodivergent adults in their 20s navigating life transitions with support, curiosity, and compassion. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline the expectations, boundaries, and structure of your membership.

1. Participation & Engagement

This is a space designed to support your growth—but that support starts with you showing up.

  • Active participation is required in order to receive coaching, body doubling, or co-working support.

  • Logging into the community platform is essential to access daily weekday group coaching opportunities and receive individualized support.

  • You are encouraged to take advantage of the coaching, resources, and community support offered—but your transformation depends on your engagement.

2. What You Receive

Your membership includes access to the following:

  • Weekday coaching opportunities (Monday–Friday)

  • Body doubling and co-working spaces for accountability and focus

  • Support and advice for navigating:

    • Job searches & resumes

    • Communication & boundaries

    • Dating & relationships

    • Adulting transitions (like budgeting, time management, etc.)

    • Executive Functioning
    • Finding acceptance in Your unique neurocomplexity and setting up systems to support your needs 

  • Scheduled 1:1 sessions with Theresa Minnoch, booked through the member platform

  • A judgment-free, neurodivergent-affirming community where growth is approached gently, not aggressively

3. Accountability & Responsibility

  • Accountability is available and encouraged—but it’s a two-way street.
    You are responsible for reaching out and participating in the ways that support you best.

  • This is not a “quick fix” program or productivity boot camp.
    We meet you where you are, and we walk together toward sustainable growth.
    Progress here is a long game—we value pacing, presence, and personal sovereignty over hustle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this membership:

  • Refunds are not available for non-participation or lack of engagement.

  • By joining, you acknowledge that value is directly tied to your involvement and action.

  • No-shows or missed opportunities do not qualify for partial or full refunds. We honor your agency and trust you to show up when you’re ready.

  • Reminders will be sent out to join each time

5. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive space:

  • All shared experiences, identities, and expressions are to be treated with respect and confidentiality.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or harm toward others will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

  • We ask that all members engage with kindness, self-responsibility, and respect for neurodivergent needs and rhythms.

6. Technology & Access

  • Access to the platform and coaching sessions requires reliable internet and a personal login.
    You are responsible for maintaining your login information and updating contact details as needed.

  • Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless previously arranged or part of your 1:1 booking.

  • no call, no show gets a 1 time allowance reschedule. After that the sessions is considered paid no show.

7. Modifications to the Program

Theresa Minnoch reserves the right to adjust content, format, or delivery of the membership to best serve the community. Notice will be given in advance of significant changes.

By enrolling in The NeuroTribe 20’s Launchpad, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your growth journey is yours to lead—with support, community, and care along the way.
